PN Power Protein Puddings contain:

  • 50 Grams of our in-house made Whey Isolate & Milk Protein Isolate Blend that helps fuel, repair, and recharge your muscles
  • 10 grams of Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) for muscle recovery, liver health and may also help prevent muscle breakdown during exercise, boost appetite, and ease symptoms of tardive dyskinesia and hepatic encephalopathy
  • 7 grams of Fiber for bowel and heart health. Fiber can help control blood sugar levels and lower cholesterol and can reduce the absorption of LDL, or "bad" cholesterol, into the bloodstream.
  • Complex Carbs that are the body's main source of energy and are essential for good health. They fuel the brain, heart muscles, kidneys, and central nervous system, and help strengthen these organs and prevent conditions like heart disease and diabetes. Carbs also help control blood sugar and insulin metabolism, and participate in cholesterol and triglyceride metabolism.
  • Good Fats for Energy: Fats are the most concentrated source of energy in food, providing calories. Cell function: Fats support cell growth and function. Organ protection: Fats help protect organs. Hormones: Fats help the body produce important hormones. Vitamin absorption: Fats help the body absorb fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and E. Essential fatty acids: Fats provide essential fatty acids like omega-3 and omega-6, which the body can't make on its own. Satiety: Fats can help people feel full. Flavor: Fats can make foods taste better. Growth and development: Fats are especially important for infants and toddlers' growth and development.
  • Glutamine is a building block for making proteins in the body. It's also needed to make other amino acids and glucose. Glutamine supplements might help gut function, immune function, and other processes, especially in times of stress when the body uses more glutamine
  • Antioxidants for Reducing disease risk, Preventing chronic health problems, Supporting the immune system and Protecting skin
  • Vitamin D is a nutrient that's essential for good health and has many benefits, including:
Bone health: Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium, which is a key component of bones. This helps prevent osteoporosis, a disease that weakens bones and makes them more likely to break. Vitamin D also helps with bone growth and remodeling, which is when new bone tissue replaces mature bone tissue.
Muscle function: Vitamin D helps your muscles move.
Immune system: Vitamin D helps your immune system fight off bacteria and viruses.
Brain cell activity: Vitamin D has neuroprotective properties that support brain cell activity
  • Calcium is the most abundant mineral in the human body and is important for many functions, including:
Bone health: Calcium helps build and maintain strong bones and teeth, especially important for children, teens, young adults, and women after menopause. Not getting enough calcium can lead to conditions like osteoporosis, rickets, and osteomalacia, which can cause weak bones and increase the risk of fractures.
Muscle movement: Calcium is important for optimal muscle activity.
Cardiovascular function: Calcium plays a role in heart function and blood clotting.
Brain and body communication: Calcium helps maintain healthy communication between the brain and other parts of the body.
Other potential benefits: Some studies suggest that calcium, along with vitamin D, may also help protect against cancer, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
