I often mix the puddings with some almond milk and blend to make a shake. Started doing that when my jaw was wired shut and it was the only way to consume calories. Anyway I did that with this flavor and it was soooo good. I'm not really a mint chocolate person but I loved it. So for anyone actually wanting a shamrock shake this is way better and health wise it's not even comparable. Great product.
